1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MyTV Portal website (located at https://mytvportal.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

MyTV Portal provides premium digital IPTV and M3U playlist subscriptions. We curate publicly available or licensed media broadcasts into sorted playlists for compatibility with media players. We do not host, store, or re-transmit video streams on our own servers.

3. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Certain parts of our Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic cycle (monthly or yearly), depending on the subscription plan you select during checkout.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or MyTV Portal cancels it. You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your personal Dashboard.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway provider, Stripe. You must provide accurate and complete billing information. By submitting your payment details, you authorize Stripe to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account.

5. Usage Restrictions

Each playlist subscription is designed for individual/household use only. Sharing your M3U playlist link with multiple concurrent IP addresses outside your allowed connection limit (1 connection for basic feeds, 2 connections for Ultimate) may result in automatic temporary suspension of your stream key.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyTV Portal and its suppliers shall not be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to service interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the playlists, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
