2. Payment Processing & Card Security

All financial transactions are processed securely off-site or via secure API redirects by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store, log, or have access to your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVC code on our servers.

Stripe shares only the card brand (e.g., Visa) and the last 4 digits of the card (e.g., 4242) with our database to display your saved payment method badge in your Dashboard. This data is transmitted securely and is used solely for your convenience.

3. Cookies and Sessions

We use local storage and cookies to maintain your login session on your browser. These cookies do not track your activity on external websites and are used solely to keep you logged in to your MyTV Portal dashboard.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or lease your personal identification information (email) to any third parties. Your email is shared only with Stripe to pre-fill billing details during checkout to speed up your payment workflow.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account details (email and purchased playlist links) for as long as your account remains active. You can request complete deletion of your account and database records at any time by contacting our support team.

We implement industry-standard encryption, SSL security certificates, and database access controls to safeguard your email address against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
