Clear rules on subscription cancellations and refund requests

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your monthly or yearly playlist subscription at any time. To cancel, simply log in to your personal Dashboard, scroll to the **"Billing & Order History"** section, and click the **"Cancel & Refund"** button next to your active transaction.

Once cancelled, your subscription will be terminated immediately, no further monthly charges will occur, and access to the corresponding playlist feed will expire.

2. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you experience technical difficulties (e.g., continuous buffering, server downtimes) that we are unable to resolve within 7 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

By clicking **"Cancel & Refund"** in your Dashboard, our automated gateway will immediately initiate a refund request to Stripe for the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once initiated, Stripe processes refunds immediately. However, it may take **5 to 10 business days** for the refunded amount to appear on your credit/debit card balance, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of policy abuse (e.g., buying a playlist, downloading the entire channel index, and requesting a refund repeatedly within short intervals).
