Digital Delivery Policy
How and when you receive your purchased IPTV playlist
1. No Physical Shipping
MyTV Portal offers only digital goods (M3U playlist links and EPG feeds). There are **no physical products** to ship, and you will not receive any package in the mail. No shipping fees are charged.
2. Instant Digital Delivery
Your digital playlist link is generated and delivered **instantly** after payment completion.
Upon successful Stripe payment verification, the Stripe gateway will redirect you to a success page containing your new playlist link. The link is also permanently added to your personal **Dashboard** under "Your Playlists".
3. Delivery Email Notification
An automated receipt and copy of your playlist link details will also be sent to your registered email address within 5 minutes of checkout completion.
4. Troubleshooting Delivery Delays
If your playlist link is not visible in your Dashboard immediately after checkout, it may be due to a brief database sync lag. Please try reloading the page, or check your email spam folder for your digital receipt.
If you still do not see your playlist details after 15 minutes, please contact us at support@mytvportal.com, and we will manually activate your subscription immediately.
